John showed me around initially and Nathan spent several days and a lot of time explaining the different types of trailers and answered all my questions. Arisa in the office was very attentive to all the employees and guests delivering water to everyone on the lot on such hot days. Julianne explained all the financing in easy to understand language and made the whole process a breeze. Mike and Chris made sure I knew how to operate all aspect of the 5th wheel and offered safety and maintenance suggestions once it arrived.
